Tea log 01

Complimentary green tea (with endless refills!) at the Kagari restaurant in the Keio Plaza. Sooooo thankful for it, as it was very refreshing and helped immensely with easing the jet lag (and was free!). Domo arigato, Kagari.

Japan the first days

So  we got the ground running  in Japan. We went out for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the hotel before comping back to sleep. Day one proper was a trip to harijuku, the Studio Ghibli Museum and then adventures in misdirection getting back to the hotel. Pro tip don’t go out the wrong exit at Shinjuku station. We had dinner at a Korean restaurant and then cocktails on the top floor of the hotel with a stunning view of the Tokyo night skyline.
